This patient had a history of a less than comprehensive approach to dental care that resulted in an unattractive smile, poor and failing dentistry and an oral disease process affecting overall health.  The final result is a harmonized bite and smile with "real" (never obviously fake) and healthy "lifetime" dentistry.

This is another case of an otherwise healthy mouth, with unattractive shaped teeth.  These lower front teeth are reshaped with permanently bonded Porcelain Veneers.  The veneers are designed carefully for appearance, proper function and health of the surrounding gums.

Tooth size discrepancy and several unattractive and failing older crowns on the back teeth were addressed here resulting in a properly proportioned, healthy and attractive smile.  Note the "realism" in the tooth form.  In order to control the results and ideal smile design, a few months of orthodontic tooth repositioning was also part of our treatment.

Notice the difference in the upper front 6 teeth; here the patient is missing a permanent tooth so an illusion is created with Porcelain Veneers to achieve proper symmetry and a very attractive and naturally beautiful smile.

 

Implant, Orhtodontics, Porcelain Veneer and Crown

On this 19 year old patient, a sports related injury to the front teeth injured one incisor beyond repair, and left the other knocked out of alignment.  Following Orthodontics, the injured tooth was removed, an Implant placed, then an all Porcelain Crown and matching Veneer restored this beautiful smile.

Failed, obsolete dental restorations have resulted in a significant compromise in this smile.  Proper planning and newer materials allow us to redesign and proportion the front teeth with Bonding and a new Bonded Porcelain Bridge.
