In order to achieve these goals, we need your assistance and understanding of our payment policy.
For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. Payment is due prior to or at the time treatment is provided, or within the guidelines of your outline payment agreement. We have several financial options and incentives available to all of our patients. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Treatment recommendations are based on your health, not on your insurance or lack thereof. Our office prides itself on recommending the very best treatment and the highest quality care. Unfortunately most insurance companies are not concerned about your health. If you have dental insurance we will, as a courtesy, submit a properly coded form electronically to assist you in receiving your maximum allowable benefit.
